Mansfield Athletics is a club for everyone wanting to get fit and have fun. We have club training most days all year for all ages and abilities. For those that enjoy competition we compete in the Athletics Victoria Winter XCR series and all summer athletics competitions. We combine forces with Albury, Wodonga and Shepparaton Athletics Clubs to compete as the North East Region for the Winter XCR series.

Winter Series 2024

The North East Region team did a great job in the 2024 Winter XCR series holding our positions in Womens Divisions 2 & 4 and the Mens Divisions 3 & 6. Our underage athletes produced some fantastic results, the North East Region will grow in strength each year with our young runners coming through the ranks. Summer Series 2023-24

In the 2023-24 Athletics AVSL Summer season we finish 11th in Divison 5. Our athletes also enjoyed Vic Milers meets and other regional meets. We look forwards to growing our club and competing more next season.

Winter series 2023

The 2023 Winter XCR series was our first ever series competing as a combine club ‘North East Region’ including Albury, Wodonga, Shepparton and Mansfield. The team did well competing against the best of the state and came away with some promising results for the future as we build as a region. Summer series 2022-23

The 2022-23 Athletics Summer season was our first AVSL Competition. We did well to finish 8th in Divison 5 and look forwards to competing in the next season with a little more experience.

Winter series 2022

The 2022 Winter XCR series was our first ever series competing as a club, we were happy just to field teams but very happy with our results. We also had a fun club competition with our inaugural winter club champions:

Membership

Membership runs from April 1st to March 31st each year, competitive membership prices vary according to age and type of membership, just check the AV website for more information. For non competing members it’s only $20 which gives you insurance in case you hurt yourself training or racing and it also gives you access to all Mansfield Athletics training. It also supports the community club so we can all help each other improve our health, fitness and well being.
